Nauvoo...14 days and Counting

It's hard to believe that we leave for Nauvoo two weeks from this morning! It's been amazing to prepare to attend and participate in the pageant this summer.....(For any of you that may not know... our entire family is going to be in an outdoor pageant this summer in Nauvoo , IL for 18 days. Singing and dancing, but no speaking parts for us. The main characters of the play are cast from auditions and then the rest of us are just extras... even Reese!) As a family we are all very anxious to go and truly look forward to this incredible opportunity that the Lord has given us. We will be running a grueling schedule of practices that begin at 8:00am and run all day until we dress for the performances and finish about 11:30pm every night!!! Phewwww... This may be the one and only time I really see my boys tired and worn out each day. We know that we will be blessed as there really would be no possible way to keep the schedule that is required without help from our Father in Heaven. The boys hair has gotten VERY long since they had to start growing it out... Mark has been the funniest to see... with Tanner and Brennan running a close 2nd. Tate and Brock actually don't look that bad.. but don't tell them that! I definitely plan on cutting every ones hair as soon as the pageant is done! No haircuts since February is pretty scary! It really makes me want to put signs on their shirts that says.... " Mom loves me... Don't mind the hair... We're in a PLAY!!!" Well someones singing on the baby monitor... guess it's time to get going for the day. More to come soon on the story of our trip to Nauvoo.. We hope to keep things up to date as much as possible.. with short entries and pictures if possible!
